To make sure that early birds and late risers alike get their money’s worth at the Knappenhof, our breakfast buffet is open from 7.30 am to 10.00 am – with everything your heart desires. High-quality dairy products from the dairy farm Sterzing Milchhof, such as yoghurt, butter and milk, as well as fruity jams, honey, sausage, cheese and fresh fruit. Soft-boiled breakfast eggs, muesli, orange juice and various teas are also part of our delicious breakfast feast.
